Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
